目的:观察茴香枳术汤对大鼠粘连性肠梗阻组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及病理的影响,为深入探讨茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻的作用机制提供依据。方法:制备大鼠粘连性肠梗阻模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组。给予相应药物治疗,分别于治疗后第3,5,7天,共3个时间点,每时间点6只;处死大鼠取肠组织匀浆,测定组织SOD活性和MDA含量,取粘连肠组织,观察病理变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组组织SOD活性明显下降(P<0.05),组织MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,大承气汤组、茴香枳术汤低剂量组、茴香枳术汤中剂量组和茴香枳术汤高剂量组组织SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05),组织MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),病理显示肠粘连逐渐松解。结论:茴香枳术汤具有良好的治疗粘连性肠梗阻的作用,其主要作用机制与抗肠组织过氧化损伤有关。

Compared with the model group, Dachengqi Decoction group, Fenghuang Zhutu decoction low dose group, The activity of SOD in the middle-dose fenghuang zhizhu decoction group and the high-dose fenghuang zhizhu decoction group were significantly increased (P <0.05), the content of MDA in the tissue was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the intestinal adhesion was gradually released. Conclusion: Fen Zhi Zhi Zhu Tang has a good treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, its main mechanism of action and anti-intestinal tissue injury related to peroxidation.
