研究了某含磷磁铁精矿的深度脱磷工艺。试验结果表明,在盐酸用量15%、磨矿细度-0.074 mm、浸出时间150 min、浸出温度25℃、液固比1 m L/g的条件下,该磁铁精矿的脱磷率可达95%。试验结果还显示,在酸性较高的溶液中磁铁矿可对磷产生吸附作用,导致盐酸无法实现有效回用。在浸出过程中引入超声波,可在降低酸用量和减少浸出时间的前提下,使脱磷率维持在95%,说明超声波对磷的脱附具有促进作用。
The deep dephosphorization process of a phosphorus-bearing magnetite concentrate was studied. The results showed that the dephosphorization rate of the magnetite concentrate reached 15%, the grinding fineness -0.074 mm, the leaching time 150 min, the leaching temperature 25 ℃ and the liquid-solid ratio 1 m L / g. 95%. The test results also show that magnetite can adsorb phosphorus in the acidic solution, resulting in that hydrochloric acid can not be effectively recycled. The introduction of ultrasonic in the leaching process can reduce the amount of acid and reduce the leaching time under the premise of maintaining the dephosphorization rate was 95%, indicating that the ultrasonic desorption of phosphorus has a catalytic role.
