结合我国现阶段网络通信的发展情况来看,运营商WLAN网络业务已经逐步进入发展成熟的阶段,但针对WLAN网络相关业务仍然存在有信号但连接失败、无信号覆盖、上网速率缓慢、验证失败等诸多问题。由此可见,运营商在面向用户提供WLAN网络业务服务的过程中仍然需要高度关注真实的客户感知问题,从用户感知的角度入手进行WLAN网络优化,以提高网络运行质量。本文即基于对WLAN网络优化目标与基本原则的分析,探讨引入用户感知改进WLAN网络优化结构的基本思路,并结合几种常见情况,从用户感知的视角入手,对WLAN网络的优化方法进行分析与探讨,望能够引起同行人员的关注与重视。
