随着造纸工业的持续高速发展 ,造纸原料 (特别是木材原料 )的稳定供应已经成为一个亟待解决的问题 .三倍体毛白杨具有生长快、纤维形态好等优点 ,很有希望成为我国造纸工业的重要原料 .为了深入了解三倍体毛白杨的纤维特性 (特别是木质素的含量和化学结构 ) ,该研究不仅对三倍体毛白杨的纤维特性进行了分析 ,而且用硝基苯氧化法结合红外光谱、1 H -NMR详细分析了其木质素的化学结构 .研究结果证明 :三倍体毛白杨的木质素含量较普通毛白杨要低 ,但是其缩合型结构的比例比较高 ,木质素中游离酚羟基的含量也比较低 .这些研究结果为进一步研究三倍体毛白杨的制浆造纸特性打下了基础
With the continuous rapid development of the paper industry, the steady supply of papermaking raw materials (especially wood raw materials) has become a problem to be solved urgently.Three triploid Populus tomentosa has the advantages of fast growth, good fiber morphology and so on, and is promising to become the papermaking industry in our country In order to understand the fiber characteristics of Triploid Poplar (especially lignin content and chemical structure), this study not only analyzed the fiber characteristics of Triploid Populus tomentosa, but also with nitrobenzene oxidation combined with infrared spectroscopy , 1 H -NMR detailed analysis of its chemical structure of lignin.The results show that: Triploid Populus tomentosa lignin content than the lower Populus tomentosa, but the proportion of condensed structure is relatively high, lignin in the free phenolic hydroxyl Of the content is relatively low.The results of these studies for further study triploid Populus to lay a foundation of pulp and papermaking characteristics
