以N,N-二甲基苯胺作聚合单体,用电化学聚合方法在玻碳电极上同时固定辣根过氧化物酶和葡萄糖氧化酶或D-氨基酸氧化酶制备了双酶生物传感器。双酶传感器对葡萄糖或D-氨基酸的响应是通过测定在-0.05V电位下过氧化物酶催化还原氧化酶与底物作用的产物 H2O2的还原电流而实现的。葡萄糖传感器和D-氨基酸传感器的线性响应范围分别为S×10-62×10-3mol/L和 1×10-4 5×10-3 mol/L。
N, N-dimethylaniline was used as the monomer to synthesize bi-enzyme biosensor by electrochemically polymerizing horseradish peroxidase and glucose oxidase or D-amino acid oxidase simultaneously on glassy carbon electrode. The biosensor response to glucose or D-amino acids was determined by measuring the reduction current of H2O2, a product of the action of peroxidase catalyzed reductive oxidase on the substrate, at a -0.05V potential. Linear response range of glucose sensor and D-amino acid sensor were S × 10-62 × 10-3 mol / L and 1 × 10-4 5 × 10-3 mol / L, respectively.
