铸造工艺设计和铸造过程数值模拟都离不开铸造材料的热物理性值数据,为此,开发材料热物理性值数据库管理系统显得十分必要。基于Windows操作系统下的FOXPRO开发了铸造材料热物理性值数据库管理系统,且创建了庞大的材料热物理性值数据库,给出了根据材料热物理性值数据的特点设计数据库及数据库管理系统的方法,同时给出了如何利用VB(VisualBasic)动态作图与FOXPRO系统连接的方法,实现在线动态显示材料热物理性值随温度变化的关系图。
Casting process design and casting process numerical simulation are inseparable from the thermal physical value of casting material, therefore, the development of thermal physical value of the database management system is very necessary. Based on Windows operating system FOXPRO has developed a database of thermal physical value of the foundry material management system, and created a huge database of thermophysical properties of materials, given according to the characteristics of thermophysical data design database and database management system Method, and how to use VB (Visual Basic) dynamic mapping to connect with FOXPRO system is also given to realize the on-line dynamic display of thermophysical properties of material as a function of temperature.
