受图书馆学会委托,由本人对高校图书馆、科研图书馆以及党校、团校和医院图书馆提交的年会论文作一点评。本届年会收到高校、科研、医院图书馆提交的论文近30篇,占全部论文的1/3,在数量上占据相当的比重。提交的论文按论述的内容划分主要有:图书馆网络环境、图书馆业务、图书馆工作创新以及其他方面的内容。一图书馆网络环境图书馆网络环境方面的论文有12篇之多,几乎占据半壁河山。这与我区图书馆尤其是高校图书馆当前面临的大小环境紧密相关。进入新世纪以来, Entrusted by the Library Society, I made a comment on the papers submitted by the university libraries, research libraries, and the Party schools, the Communist Youth League and the hospital libraries.
