With the development of coronary heart disease, the coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease. Platelets are primarily involved in the coagulation process of the body and play a key role in thrombosis and atherosclerotic plaque rupture. In recent years, studies have found that platelets are involved in the occurrence and development of CSFP. The changes of platelet activity are closely related to the pathophysiological mechanism of CSFP. The research progress on the correlation between platelet activity and CSFP at home and abroad are summarized.
