人们在生活过程中,如果室内的空气难以符合标准,将对人们的生命健康构成威胁。对于甲醛而言,其作为原生质毒物,由于其毒性很大,所以对人类的健康造成了影响,为了维护人类的健康,对室内甲醛进行检测显得尤为重要。当前,在检测甲醛时,包含了很多的方法,主要包括两种,分别是气相色谱法和分光光度法两种,但酚试剂分光光度法检测的灵敏度更高,在室内温度下就能够显色,得到了广泛应用。因此,本文针对酚试剂分光光度法展开了研究,并将酚试剂分光光度法运用在室内甲醛检测中,从而为室内甲醛检测工作的开展提供有利依据。

At present, many methods are included in the test of formaldehyde, including two types, namely gas chromatography and spectrophotometry. However, the sensitivity of the phenol reagent spectrophotometry is higher and the color can be developed at room temperature , Has been widely used. Therefore, this paper studies the phenol reagent spectrophotometry, and uses the phenolic reagent spectrophotometry in the determination of formaldehyde in the chamber, thus providing a good basis for the detection of formaldehyde in the chamber.
