目的 观察杀虫剂不同用药方式对淡色库蚊抗性发展的影响。 方法 以淡色库蚊 (Culex pipiens pallens)为试虫 ,用溴氰菊酯和倍硫磷混剂和单剂隔代轮用进行抗性选育 ,以溴氰菊酯和倍硫磷单剂作为对照。 结果 淡色库蚊经 16代处理 ,其抗性系数在溴氰菊酯和倍硫磷混用为 14.6 5 ;两者轮用为 17.74(溴氰菊酯 )和 2 .77(倍硫磷 ) ;单剂连用则分别为 72 9.0 8和 2 4.73。 结论 两种作用机制不同的杀虫剂混用或轮用均能延缓害虫对杀虫剂抗性的发展
Objective To observe the effects of different pesticides on the development of resistance in Culex pipiens pallens. Methods Culex pipiens pallens were used as test insects, deltamethrin and fenthion were mixed with single round of alternate rounds for resistance breeding, with deltamethrin and fenthion as single agents Control. Results Culex pipiens pallens were treated with 16 generations and their resistance coefficient was 14.65 with the combination of deltamethrin and fenthion. Both rotations were 17.74 (deltamethrin) and 2.77 (fenthion) The combined use of agents was 72 9.0 8 and 2. 4.73 respectively. Conclusions Both insecticides with different mechanism of action or rotations can delay the development of insect resistance to insecticides
