显象管中,快速启动阴极主要是采取减少阴极的热容量和热损失、提高阴极和灯丝的热效率等技术措施来缩短阴极启动时间实现快速显象的。阴极启动时间,特别是图象建立时间与阴极活性有着密切的关系。因而,快速启动阴极的工作特点对阴极制造提出更高的要求: 1.好的阴极启动特性要求阴极不但在寿命初期,而且在寿命过程中仍具有较好的活性。 2.显象管在开关过程中阴极温度速升速降,要求阴极涂层与基金属之间的粘结性好。
In the picture tube, the quick start cathode mainly adopts the technical measures of reducing the heat capacity and heat loss of the cathode, improving the thermal efficiency of the cathode and the filament, and shortening the cathode start-up time to realize the rapid visualization. Cathode start-up time, especially the image set-up time and cathode activity are closely related. Therefore, the characteristics of the quick start cathode work put forward higher requirements for the cathode manufacture: 1. The good cathode start characteristic requires that the cathode not only has an early life but also has a good activity in the life process. 2. CRT in the process of switching the cathode temperature rise speed down, requiring good adhesion between the cathode coating and the base metal.
