在虎门港2台新建的MQ4540门座式集装箱起重机调试过程中,被发现集装箱吊具控制系统偶尔出现信号失灵的情况,在对PLC端、臂架端、吊具端进行的电压值测量数据表明从PLC端至吊具端直流电压降较大。由此判定吊具信号失灵的问题是信号在线路传输过程中发生了严重衰减所致。
In the process of commissioning two newly-built MQ4540 portal container cranes in Humen Port, the container spreader control system was found to have occasional signal failure. The measurement of the voltage value at the PLC end, the boom end and the spreader end DC voltage drop from PLC end to spreader end is larger. It is determined that the spreader signal failure is the signal transmission line in the process of serious decay.
