一、绪言最近,石油价格不断上涨,节能已成为最重要的研究课题。消耗大量能量的铸造工业,其熔化工序也正积极进行节能研究。冲天炉是以焦炭作为热源的熔化炉,因其不用石油,所以,预计今后将会更多地被采用。由此看来,试验和研究这种炉子的最佳操作方法就变得更加重要了。在作者所在的工厂,于一九七一年就停止使用6吨和12吨冲天炉而新设置了30吨冲天炉,同时通过用焦炭封炉的一周内连续操作、二排风口、脱湿送风等措施,使得熔化成本得到了降低,并在此过程中积累了不少经验。因此,以这些经验中所得到的见解为基础,对冲天炉的大型化、预热送风、脱湿送风、二排风口等改进冲天炉操作的各项措施,进行深入的研究。

In the meantime, the cupola was continuously dewatered within one week of being closed with coke, and the two vents were dewetted Air supply and other measures, making the melting costs have been reduced, and in the process accumulated a lot of experience. Therefore, based on the insights gained from these experiences, we have conducted extensive studies on various measures to improve the operation of cupola, such as large-size cupola, preheating air supply, dehumidification air supply, and two air vents.
