目的 观察LiCl对脐血细胞及小鼠骨髓细胞DNA合成代谢的影响。方法 采用~3H—TdR掺入法测定二者DNA合成代谢情况。结果 随着时间变化(~—5周)二者DNA合成代谢变化不一。结论 LiCl存在的条件下,淋巴细胞上清对人脐血和小鼠骨髓细胞DNA合成代谢均有正向调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of LiCl on DNA synthesis and metabolism in cord blood cells and mouse bone marrow cells. Methods ~ 3H-TdR incorporation was used to determine the DNA synthesis and metabolism of the two DNA. Results The DNA synthesis and metabolism varied with time (~ -5 weeks). Conclusion In the presence of LiCl, lymphocyte supernatant has a positive effect on the DNA synthesis and metabolism of human umbilical cord blood and mouse bone marrow cells.
