随着电力体制改革的深入,供电企业的管理也逐步从粗放型向集约型转变。而只有通过管理手段的创新,实现电力营销的一体化管理,才能实现供电企业真正意义上的集约型管理。本文首先阐述了电力营销数字一体化管理及其体系结构,其次,就电力营销数字一体化管理带来的思考进行了深入的思考。同时,分析了电力营销数字—体化管理的效果,具有一定的参考价值。
With the deepening of the power system reform, the management of power supply enterprises has also gradually shifted from extensive mode to intensive mode. Only through the innovation of management means and the integrated management of electric power marketing can we realize the real intensive management of power supply enterprises. This article firstly elaborated the digital integrated management of power marketing and its architecture, and secondly, it made deep pondering over the thoughts brought by digital integrated management of power marketing.
