对无Mo耐火钢、Mo-V-Ti耐火钢、Mo-Nb-Ti耐火钢、Mo-V-Nb-Ti耐火钢的室温和高温组织以及力学性能进行研究。结果表明,无Mo系耐火钢室温力学性能最低,Mo-Nb-V-Ti系耐火钢的室温力学性能最高,Nb、V对耐火钢力学性能的影响一样。高温力学性能趋势与室温力学性能一致,且高温屈服强度和抗拉强度均满足耐火钢要求,高于普通C-Mn钢。在耐火钢室温组织中,无Mo系碳化物含量最少,Mo-Nb-V-Ti系碳化物的含量最多。耐火钢高温组织仍为铁素体+粒状贝氏体+少量珠光体,高温组织较稳定。
The structure and mechanical properties of Mo-V-Ti refractory steel, Mo-Nb-Ti refractory steel and Mo-V-Nb-Ti refractory steel were investigated at room temperature and high temperature. The results show that the mechanical properties of Mo-based fire-resistant steel are the lowest, the Mo-Nb-V-Ti fire-resistant steel has the highest mechanical properties at room temperature, and Nb and V have the same effects on the mechanical properties of fire-resistant steel. High temperature mechanical properties and room temperature mechanical properties of the same, and high temperature yield strength and tensile strength meet the requirements of refractory steel, higher than ordinary C-Mn steel. In the fire-resistant steel at room temperature, the Mo-free carbides have the least amount of Mo-Nb-V-Ti carbides. High-temperature refractory steel is still ferrite + granular bainite + a small amount of pearlite, high temperature tissue is more stable.
