研究了常规调质处理和调质处理+局部热处理两种方式对升船机卷筒轴用35Cr Mo钢制造性能及残余应力分布的影响。残余应力测试结果表明,与调质处理相比,35Cr Mo钢经过调质处理和850℃保温8 h的局部热处理后,材料表面残余应力分布有所改善;与处理前相比,材料表面残余应力降低了40%~60%。切削试验结果表明,35Cr Mo钢经过调质处理+局部热处理后的切削制造性能比调质处理的更好。
The effects of conventional quenching and tempering treatment and partial heat treatment on the performance and residual stress distribution of 35Cr Mo steel for the reel axis of lift ship were studied. Residual stress test results show that, compared with quenched and tempered, 35Cr Mo steel after quenching and tempering at 850 ℃ for 8 h local heat treatment, the residual stress distribution on the surface of the material is improved; Compared with the pre-treatment, the surface residual stress Reduced by 40% to 60%.
