炉前冲渣是渣处理工艺的一项重要改革。根据鞍钢炼铁厂一排高炉的地理位置、外运条件及能耗重要指标的相对比较,选用渣池法的冲渣工艺最为适合。渣池法具有投资少、生产可靠和效益高的优点。本文对此方案进行了设计和全面计算,其基建费近1000万元左右,年效益1400万元,基建投资回收期只不过是9个月,对鞍钢的综合效益也是很显著的,应促其早日实现。
