目的探讨脑囊尾蚴所致癫痫患者临床及脑电图特征。方法对大理州第二人民医院收治100例脑囊尾蚴所致癫痫患者的脑电图资料与临床资料进行回顾性分析。探讨癫痫发作形式、发作频率与其囊尾蚴在脑内的寄生部位、临床类型之间关系。结果 100例患者中,6例(6%)正常,94例(94%)脑电图异常,其中48例轻度异常,29例中度异常,17例重度异常。脑囊尾蚴病患者的脑电图改变主要以基本波在各导联中的中幅慢波背景中出现阵发性高幅δ活动、α波基本缺如。脑电图改变的过程与症状的严重性并不完全一致,但与其病程的发展过程基本一致。结论脑电图检查对脑囊尾蚴所致癫痫的诊断和评价疗效具有重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical and electroencephalographic features of patients with epilepsy induced by cysticercus cellulosae. Methods EEG data and clinical data of 100 cases of cysticercus induced epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed in the Second People’s Hospital of Dali Prefecture. To investigate the form of seizures, the frequency of seizures and cysticercosis in the brain of the parasitic sites, the relationship between clinical types. Results Of the 100 patients, 6 (6%) were normal and 94 (94%) had abnormal EEG, of which 48 were mildly abnormal, 29 were moderately abnormal, and 17 were severe. EEG changes in patients with cysticercosis mainly basic wave in the lead in the middle of the slow-wave background in the occurrence of paroxysmal high amplitude δ activity, α wave basic lack of. EEG changes the process and the severity of the symptoms are not exactly the same, but with the course of its development is basically the same. Conclusion EEG has important value in the diagnosis and evaluation of epilepsy induced by cysticercus cellulosae.
