一、设备、工艺概况 现全国有四种类型的均热炉,共300多个 坑,分属15个初轧厂和一个厚板厂。 各类的均热坑数占总量的比例分别为:蓄 热复座式7.4%,中心烧咀式9.2%,四角烧咀 式27 .6%,单侧烧咀式55.8%。其中单侧烧咀 式已成为我国均热炉的主流。四角烧咀式系由 原中心烧咀式炉改造而成。 蓄热复座式炉1955年始建于鞍钢一初轧 厂,空、煤气予热温度高,燃耗低。第一批中 心烧咀式炉1956年在鞍钢二初轧厂建成投产, 设计为干出渣。1958年该厂在炉膛下部增设了 四个角部烧咀(喷射式,热负荷为总量的1/4, 并用焦粉助熔,实现了液体出渣。1962年又将
