伦理想象是指在面临伦理困境时洞察所处情形的伦理意义,并在考虑利益相关者观点和态度的基础上提出创造性解决方案的认知过程。本文介绍了伦理想象的定义、维度及测量方法,探讨了伦理想象的影响因素及其对伦理决策的影响效应,指出了值得进一步研究的问题,强调了跨文化研究和组织学习理论对完善伦理想象研究的重要性,最后阐述了伦理想象研究对于我国管理实践的启示。
Ethical imagination refers to the ethical significance of perceiving the situation in the face of ethical predicament and proposes the cognitive process of creative solutions based on the opinions and attitudes of stakeholders. This paper introduces the definition, dimensions and measurement methods of ethical imagination, explores the influencing factors of ethical imagination and its effect on ethical decision-making, points out the problems worthy of further study, emphasizes the importance of intercultural and organizational learning theories in improving ethical imagination The importance of research, and finally expounds the enlightenment of ethical imagination research on our country’s management practice.
