目的 观察各类战伤合并海水浸泡动物的生存时间及死亡率。方法 建立胸部开放伤、腹部开放伤、烧伤、失血性休克 合并海水浸泡的动物模型,观察各类致伤动物合并海水浸泡的生存时间及死亡率。结果 胸部开放伤合并海水浸泡平均存活时间为 45min,腹部开放伤为162min。30%深Ⅱ度烧伤海水浸泡4h死亡率为50%,而同样程度烧伤死亡率为6%。中度失血性休克浸泡海水 中90min死亡率为90%,对照组全部存活。结论 战伤合并海水浸泡动物存活时间明显缩短,死亡率明显升高,其原因与海水高渗、 高钠、低温对机体的损伤有关。
Objective To observe the survival time and mortality rate of various types of warmed-wounds combined with seawater immersion animals. Methods An animal model of chest open wound, open abdomen injury, burn and hemorrhagic shock combined with seawater immersion was established. The survival time and mortality rate of various injured animals combined with seawater immersion were observed. Results Open chest injury with seawater immersion average survival time was 45min, abdominal open injury was 162min. The 4-year mortality rate of 30% deep second-degree seawater immersion was 50%, while the same degree of burn mortality was 6%. Moderate hemorrhagic shock immersion seawater 90min mortality was 90%, the control group all survived. Conclusions The survival time of war-wounded combined seawater immersion animals was significantly shortened and the mortality rate was significantly increased. The reason for this is related to the damage to the body caused by seawater hyperosmosis, high sodium and low temperature.
