目的研究吉林省北纬43°地区健康人群血清25(OH)D3水平及其与血钙、血磷的相关性。研究吉林省与不同地理纬度的白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙以及北京、上海、广州等地健康人群25(OH)D3水平的差异。方法收集吉林省长春市、双阳区、双辽市、公主岭市、伊通县、梨树县、永吉县2873例20~80岁健康体检人群血清标本,按10岁为一年龄段分组,采用德国Roche公司COBAS E601电化学发光分析仪检测血清25(OH)D3,采用德国Roche公司COBAS C501全自动生化分析仪检测血Ca、血P。结果吉林省健康人群血清25(OH)D3水平低于上海、北京、广州、贵阳、岳阳市健康人群,低于白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙健康人群,25(OH)D3水平与血Ca正相关。结论吉林省健康人群血清25(OH)D3水平缺乏占总例数70.17%,维生素D不足占23.63%,维生素D充足仅占6.2%。地理纬度、日照时数是维生素D缺乏的因素之一,是影响骨代谢的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the serum level of 25 (OH) D3 and its correlation with serum calcium and phosphorus in healthy people in 43 ° North latitude of Jilin province. Positive correlation. Conclusion The serum levels of 25 (OH) D3 in healthy population in Jilin Province are 70.17% of the total cases, 23.63% of the cases are deficient in vitamin D, and 6.2% of the cases are vitamin D sufficient. Geographic latitude, sunshine hours is one of the factors of vitamin D deficiency is an important factor affecting bone metabolism.
