目的:比较商环包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2010年6月～2012年6月期间行包皮环切术的342例患者分为两组,其中行商环包皮环切组为210例,行传统包皮环切组为132例。分别比较手术时间、术中出血量、外观满意度、术后并发症等项目。结果:商环组手术时间为(5.70±1.50)min、手术出血量为(2.50±1.50)ml、外观满意度为99.05%(208/210)、仅一例术后并发症。传统组手术时间为(26.30±8.50)min、手术出血量为(12.30±4.30)、外观满意度为77.27%(102/132)、术后并发症为11例。以上四项均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:商环包皮环切术较传统手术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、外观满意度高、术后并发症少等优点,给患者带来的痛苦少,值得普遍推广。
Objective: To compare the effects of commercial circumcision and conventional circumcision. Methods: A total of 342 patients undergoing circumcision in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were divided into two groups. Among them, 210 cases were treated by circumcision circumcision and 132 cases were treated by conventional circumcision. Compare the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, appearance satisfaction, postoperative complications and other projects. Results: The operation time was (5.70 ± 1.50) min in surgical group and (2.50 ± 1.50) ml in surgical group. The appearance satisfaction was 99.05% (208/210), only one case was postoperative complications. The traditional operation time was (26.30 ± 8.50) min, the bleeding volume was (12.30 ± 4.30), the appearance satisfaction was 77.27% (102/132). The postoperative complications were 11 cases. The above four were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Commercial circumcision has more advantages of less operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, high appearance satisfaction and less postoperative complications, which is less painful to patients and worthy of general promotion.
