新集一矿改扩建工程通过优化设计、优化施工、改革施工管理，仅用１４个月时间将矿井生产能力由９０万ｔ／ａ改扩建成３００万ｔ／ａ。此项工程矿建完成一个净径７２ｍ、深５０２５ｍ的立井及装载硐室、－４５０ｍ马头门、煤仓等；土建完成５８２ｍ高的两用钢井架、永久提升机房、圆筒仓、装车楼等；机电安装工程完成井筒装备、永久提升机安装调试、井下运输系统安装等。
