本文采用气相色谱法测定马齿苋中的EPA和DHA，用FID检测器检测定量。方法检测限：EPA为9．6×10－10g；DHA为6．8×10－9g。相对标准偏差：EPA为1．87％；DHA为3．66％。平均回收率：EPA为98．10％，DHA为96．22％。
In this paper, the determination of EPA and DHA in purslane by gas chromatography, quantitative detection with FID detector. Method detection limit: EPA 9.6 × 10-10g; DHA 6.8 × 10-9g. Relative standard deviation: EPA 1.87%; DHA 3.66%. Average recovery: EPA was 98.10%, DHA was 96.22%.
