北京石景山发电总厂高井电厂燃料车间推土机班,是一个由17人组成的生产班组,他们担负着首都最大的发电机组──60万千瓦火力发电机组的燃煤供应和储存,7台推煤机的大小修,以及15台大型磨煤机的清补钢球等十分繁重的任务。多年来,他们出色地完成了上级下达的各项任务,设备完好率一直保持100％,连续15年实现设备安全运行,1989年荣获全国能源工业先进集体称号。 他们在设备维护及设备缺陷管理上,积极采用科学的排列图、因果图、对策表等方法、找出设备缺陷的主次原因,采取相应措施予以消除。在设备大修中采用网络技术,调动全班人力物力,提高设备检修质
