在班氏丝虫病低、中度流行区,应用纯海群生药盐(简称药盐)防治,已取得显著效果,但在高度特别是超高度班氏丝虫病流行区,应用药盐防治的报道较少。1983～1988年,我们在彭水县长滩乡金城村观察了单纯药盐防治班氏丝虫病的效果。 材料和方法 1 药盐的剂量 药盐由县统一加工,将海群生原粉以3‰的浓度掺拌食盐。1983年5～10月、1984年5～7月、1986年4～7月为服药盐时间。每人每日食入海群生约50mg,共13个月,海群生总量19.5g。
