研究了PA11/纳米Al2O3复合材料的摩擦性能。考察了纳米Al2O3含量及速率对材料摩擦系数和磨耗性能的影响,进行了涂覆花键轴的台架试验和道路行驶试验,并与尼龙11进行对比。结果表明,复合材料中纳米Al2O3为9%时材料的耐磨性能最好。SEM图片表明复合材料的磨损机理从纯PA11材料的粘着磨损转为轻微的磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。尼龙11与纳米Al2O3复合材料能明显提高花键轴的使用寿命。
The tribological properties of PA11 / nano-Al2O3 composites were studied. The effects of nano-Al2O3 content and rate on the friction coefficient and wear properties of the materials were investigated. The bench test and the driving test of the spline shaft were carried out and compared with nylon 11. The results show that the wear resistance of the composites is the best when the content of nano-Al2O3 is 9%. The SEM picture shows that the wear mechanism of the composite material is shifted from the sticking wear of the pure PA11 material to the slight wear of abrasive grains and adhesive wear. Nylon 11 and nano-Al2O3 composite materials can significantly improve the service life of spline shaft.
