为了获得优质、高产金针菇,达到四季生产、周期上市,取得较高的社会效益和经济效益,本文通过温度、水分、光照等气象条件来促进和控制金针菇菌丝生长和子实体的形成。结果表明:金针菇孢子在15-20℃时大量产生,并形成菌丝,最适温度为18-22℃。子实体形成所需的温度5-20℃,在温度6-10℃子实体分化最快,形成的数量最多。培养基含水量保持在65-80%,空气相对湿度保持在60%,菌丝生长最快。每天对菇房进行8h弱光照处理,可以诱导金针菇子实体原基的提早形成,在不同光质处理中,以黄光,红光的综合效应好,金针菇的产量与外观品质高。
In order to obtain high-quality and high-yield Flammulina velutipes, it achieves four seasons production and periodic market, and obtains high social and economic benefits. In this paper, the mycelium growth and fruiting body formation of Flammulina velutipes were promoted and controlled by meteorological conditions such as temperature, moisture and light. The results showed that the spores of Flammulina velutipes were produced abundantly at 15-20 ℃, and mycelium formed, the optimum temperature was 18-22 ℃. The temperature required for the formation of fruiting bodies is 5-20 ° C, and the fruiting body is most rapidly differentiated at the temperature of 6-10 ° C, forming the largest number. Medium moisture content maintained at 65-80%, air relative humidity remained at 60%, mycelial growth fastest. Mushroom house 8h weak light treatment can induce the early formation of fruiting bodies of mushroom. In different light quality treatments, the comprehensive effect of yellow light and red light is good, the output and appearance quality of Flammulina velutipes is high.
