近年来中国旅游业快速发展,国际旅行社数量逐年递增,出境旅游人数也在增加,暴露的问题也日趋增多。各旅行社长期的恶性竞争,使得其为节约人工成本而取消雇佣国外导游做地接,让中国领队兼任地接的职务,引发了国外同行的不满,甚至发生冲突。本文旨在从对中国海外领队相关现状的分析,找出中国导游在国外做领队兼地接的原因,并给出自己的建议和意见。
In recent years, China’s tourism industry has been developing rapidly. The number of international travel agencies has been increasing year by year. The number of outbound tourists is also on the rise. The number of exposed tourists is also on the increase. Long-term vicious competition among travel agencies, making it to save labor costs and the abolition of hiring foreign guides to do so, so that the Chinese leader to take over the post, causing dissatisfaction with foreign counterparts, or even conflict. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of China’s overseas leaders, find out the reasons for Chinese tour guides to connect with foreign leaders and give their own suggestions and opinions.
