阐述双色法测温原理,研究了基于图像处理的电荷耦合器件CCD测温系统标定方法。根据实验结果,优选出最佳的增益组合,建立了双色法测温中的系数与灰度的关系,与单色辐射强度和单色亮度值的关系,并用两种方法计算温度。结果表明:两种方法得出的计算值与设定温度值的相对误差都较小,适合工程上的应用,为火焰温度场的测量奠定基础。
The principle of temperature measurement by two-color method is expounded. The calibration method of CCD temperature measurement system for charge-coupled device based on image processing is studied. According to the experimental results, the optimal gain combination is optimized, and the relationship between the coefficient and the grayscale in the two-color temperature measurement and the relationship between the monochromatic radiation intensity and the monochromatic brightness value are established. The two methods are used to calculate the temperature. The results show that the relative error between the calculated value and the set temperature value obtained by the two methods is small, which is suitable for engineering application and lays the foundation for the measurement of flame temperature field.
