应用波动方程描述抽油杆柱的振动 ,建立了抽油机悬点动力示功图的仿真方法 ;考虑游梁式抽油机四杆机构的传动效率对曲柄轴净转矩的影响 ,建立了四杆机构平均运行效率的计算机仿真方法 .仿真结果表明 ,四杆机构的平均运行效率随有效功率因数的增加而增加 ,并且低于其理论传动效率 ,这是由于四杆机构存在拖动与被拖动两种工作状态 ,悬点下冲程时的能量反向流动增加了四杆机构的能量损失 ,降低了四杆机构的平均运行效率
