In 1965, the White Elephant Tower in Wenzhou City cleared a statue of the Song Dynasty numbered 24, the original cleanup report, and the pictorial record of “White Elephant Huiguang” and its collection display all named it “King of Heaven.” According to the relevant literature records and archaeological images, it can be basically concluded that the statue of the White Elephant Tower No. 24 is not a statue of the kings and gods in Buddhism, but a symbol of the Taoist culture. This Taoist Taoist goddess unearthed in Wenzhou White Elephant Stupa not only provided a typical case for exploring the status of folk religious beliefs under the influence of the social background of the “Three Religions” in the Song Dynasty, but also for the study of the evolution and spread of the religious belief Added new material.
