利用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了Ni60涂层,研究了热处理温度对涂层电化学性能的影响。结果表明:涂层在0.5M的H2SO4溶液中耐腐蚀性分别是Q235A钢的14倍和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的1.8倍;不同温度热处理1 h后,涂层在0.5M H2SO4溶液中的耐蚀性都得到提高,以200~300℃热处理1 h最为显著。
The Ni60 coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spray technique. The effect of heat treatment temperature on the electrochemical performance of the coating was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating in H2SO4 solution of 0.5M is 14 times that of Q235A steel and 1.8 times that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel respectively. The corrosion resistance of the coating in 0.5M H2SO4 solution after 1 h heat treatment at different temperatures Increase to 200 ~ 300 ℃ heat treatment 1 h the most significant.
