地龙对家兔血栓形成的影响

地龙为传统中药之一,用于治疗中风,已有几百年的历史。临床实验证明,用地龙治疗偏瘫有效。近年来,已证实地龙对缺血性脑卒中具有保护作用,并能改善缺血性脑组织中DA和5 HT的代谢紊乱。但尚未见到地龙对血栓形成影响的实验报导。本文模拟Chandler氏体外血栓形成装置,进行家兔半体内血栓形成实验,结果报告如下: 材料、方法及实验内容一、材料: 1、药物:地龙,购于黑龙江省药材公 Earthworm is one of the traditional Chinese medicines used for the treatment of stroke, which has a history of several hundred years. Clinical experiments have shown that using earthworm to treat hemiplegia is effective. In recent years, it has been confirmed that Earthworm has a protective effect on ischemic stroke and can improve metabolic disorders of DA and 5HT in ischemic brain tissue. However, experimental reports on the effects of Earthworm on thrombosis have not yet been reported. This article simulates the Chandler’s extracorporeal thrombosis device and conducts a half-body thrombosis experiment in rabbits.
