给出串联双涡轮结构以泵作为供应系统的液体火箭发动机系统故障仿真的准动态数学方法和基于灰色关联度分析的实时诊断算法。该算法对于调整计算确定的具体系统和预先设定的典型故障模式进行仿真计算、事先形成该发动机系统的故障模式样本集。试车时,利用诊断算法对采集的发动机性能参数进行实时分析,从而给出发动机所处的健康状况,以便及时采取措施,提高发动机的安全性和可靠性。
A quasi-dynamic mathematical method for the fault simulation of a liquid rocket engine system with a tandem twin-turbine structure and a pump as its supply system and a real-time diagnosis algorithm based on gray relational analysis are given. The algorithm simulates the specific system of tuning calculation and the typical failure mode set in advance, and forms a failure mode sample set of the engine system in advance. At the time of commissioning, the diagnostic algorithm is used to analyze the collected engine performance parameters in real time to provide the health status of the engine, so that measures can be taken in time to improve the safety and reliability of the engine.
