目前我国房地产价格快速上涨,趋势开始向二三线城市蔓延。加上引发的跟风炒作,导致房价攀升。2010年全国房地产市场运行情况显示,尽管一线城市销售面积出现明显下滑,但由于二线城市成交发力,导致全年商品房销售面积继续上涨。2010年,我国房地产价格快速上涨,趋势开始向二三线城市蔓延。加上引发的跟风炒作,导致房价攀升。2010全年商品房销售均价为5034元/平米,较2009年4695元/平米上涨7.2%。本文主要分析影响我国房地产价格的因素。
At present, China’s real estate prices rose rapidly, the trend began to spread to second and third tier cities. Coupled with the speculation triggered by the trend, leading to rising prices. The operation of the national real estate market in 2010 showed that although the sales area of the first-tier cities saw a marked decline, the sales volume of commercial buildings continued to rise due to the second-tier cities’ turnover. In 2010, China’s real estate prices rose rapidly, the trend began to spread to second and third tier cities. Coupled with the speculation triggered by the trend, leading to rising prices. In 2010, the average selling price of commercial housing was 5034 yuan / square meter, up 7.2% from 4695 yuan / square meter in 2009. This article analyzes the main factors that affect China’s real estate prices.
