我科参照 ThomasD.所述单侧唇裂鼻畸形的整复方法,设计鼻前庭鼻翼软骨皮肤复合瓣旋转加鼻小柱硅胶支架植入的手术方法,完成22例单侧完全性唇腭裂术后鼻畸形矫正,效果满意。报道如下。临床资料本组22例,男19例,女3例;年龄13～32岁;左侧唇裂18例,右侧4例,其中17例原为唇腭裂患者;18例植入硅胶假体,其中6例同期行鞍鼻矫正。
