通过细胞培养ＣＰＥ观察法对清天药液体外抗柯萨奇病毒的作用进行了研究。结果：该药对细胞的ＩＣ５０＝１５．６３ｍｇ／ｍｌ，抑制柯萨奇病毒Ｂ４的ＥＤ５０＝１．９５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，有效治疗指数ＴＩ＝８，提示清天药液在体外有明显的抗柯萨奇病毒Ｂ４的作用
