中新两国幼儿教师教育信念的相似性源于儿童观和教育观的共识,以及两国具有相似性的学前教育课程标准;其差异性源于两国课程标准各有特色、教师教育课程的设置和实施方式,以及文化传统因素的影响。中国教师的教育信念呈现更大的内部不一致性。改革制度设计和教师教育课程对教师教育信念的形成和实现及学前教育的实践变革均有重大意义。
The similarities between the education beliefs of kindergarten teachers in China and Singapore come from the consensus of children’s concept and education concept and the similarity of pre-school curriculum standards between the two countries. The differences come from the different characteristics of curriculum standards of both countries and the teacher education curriculum Setting and implementation, as well as cultural and cultural factors. Chinese teachers’ educational beliefs show greater internal inconsistency.
