以聚乙烯醇(PVAL)水溶液与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)水溶液的混合溶液作为基体材料,以石英砂为增强材料,经过高温烘干工艺制作了一种水溶性砂芯模材料,分析了影响其水溶性的因素并对各因素设置不同的水平,通过正交试验发现,PVP水溶液的质量浓度为38%且占混合溶液的质量分数为60%、胶砂质量比为0.08时,制作的砂芯模水溶性最好,在室温条件下经过水的冲刷可快速溃散。为解决金属模具成型小开口、大长径比复合材料壳体造成的脱模困难、模具设计复杂的缺点,将研制的水溶性砂芯模材料应用于某复合材料壳体的成型,成型后的壳体其爆破强度、环向应变、容器特性指数与金属模具成型的复合材料壳体相差不大,符合使用要求。
A kind of water-soluble sand core material was prepared by using mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) aqueous solution and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) aqueous solution as matrix material and quartz sand as reinforcing material through high-temperature drying process.
