中国水利学会施工专业委员会于1984年6月27日至7月1日在湖南省双牌县主持召开了预应力锚固技术经验交流会。出席会议的有35个单位的代表49人。与会代表参观了双牌水库预应力锚固的施工现场,还对葛洲坝工程镦头锚固及白山水库采用的预应力锚索进行了专题讨论。预应力锚固技术是水利水电工程中大跨度、高边墙地下洞室施工、高边坡处理、增强水工建筑物抗滑稳定性、基岩加固等方面的一项行之有效的技术措施。
China Water Conservancy Society Construction Committee from June 27, 1984 to July 1 in Shuangpai County, Hunan Province presided over the pre-stressed anchoring technology experience exchange meeting. 49 delegates from 35 units attended the meeting. Participants visited the construction site of prestressed anchorage of Shuangpai Reservoir and held a special discussion on the prestressed anchorage cables used in heading of Gezhouba Project and Baishan Reservoir. Prestressed anchoring technology is an effective technical measure in water conservancy and hydropower projects such as long-span and high-side wall underground cavern construction, high slope treatment, enhancement of anti-skid stability of hydraulic structures and reinforcement of bedrock.
