【目的】介绍一种新的页码编排体系,为加快期刊的出版周期、提高刊物的影响力提供借鉴。【方法】介绍了科技期刊六位码编排体系和出版实践经验。在从顺序页码转为六位页码编排体系的过程中,涉及审稿、编校、排版、印刷各业务流程。在实际出版时,制定了六位码的生成规则,改革了生产管理流程,并在稿件模版设计、印刷生产等方面作了相应改造。【结果】采用六位码编排体系后,所有存版稿件均提前实现了页码编排,新接受稿件也可以立即生成六位码。【结论】六位码不仅使作者和读者能迅速获取稿件完整的检索信息,而且大大提高了出版周期,达到了快速发表的目的。因此,一方面加强了期刊的服务能力,另一方面也为中国科技期刊快速提升学术影响力提供了支撑和保障。
【Objective】 This paper introduces a new page numbering system to provide reference for accelerating the publication period of periodicals and improving the influence of publications. 【Method】 The article introduces the six-digit coding system of scientific and technical periodicals and their practical experience in publishing. In the process of changing from a sequential page number to a six-page page numbering system, various business processes involving reviewing, editing, typesetting and printing are involved. At the time of actual publication, the rules for the generation of six digits codes were formulated, the production management process was reformed, and corresponding modifications were made in the design of manuscript templates and printing production. 【Result】 With the six-digit code arrangement system, all the stored manuscripts were arranged in advance, and the newly accepted manuscripts can also generate the six-digit code immediately. 【Conclusion】 Six-digit code not only enables authors and readers to quickly obtain the complete retrieval information of manuscripts, but also greatly improves the publication period and achieves the purpose of rapid publication. Therefore, on the one hand, it strengthens the service ability of periodicals, on the other hand, it also provides support and guarantee for Chinese sci-tech periodicals to rapidly enhance academic influence.
