胀缩式卷筒是现代卷取机的关键部件,其卷取带钢的过程是一个非常复杂的弹塑性大变形过程,既有材料非线性、几何非线性,又有边界条件的非线性,变形机理非常复杂,难以用数学模型来准确地描述。文中采用商用有限元软件对胀缩卷筒卷取过程进行了动态模拟,并分析计算了胀缩式卷筒卷取过程中径向压力,卷筒扇形块的径向位移等,分析计算的结果对于胀缩式卷筒的设计具有指导意义。
