眼睑内眦部裂伤常伴有泪小管断裂，尤以下泪小管为多见，需及时吻合修复已免发生永久性泪世．我院自N89年3月至！96年2月采用显微镜下溜小管吻合联合泪道内环形硅胶管置放术对35例新鲜及陈旧性下泪小管断裂患者进行手术治疗性修复，效果满意。现报告如下．临床资料1．一般资料
