通过对近终型异型坯连铸机工艺、设备及配套耐火材料的设计改造,实现了具有塞棒自动控制功能的单水口全保护浇注工艺。在保护浇注工艺条件下,结晶器流场合理,保护渣液渣层分布均匀稳定。不但防止了钢水的二次氧化,提高了连铸坯质量,同时提高了连铸机的自动化控制水平,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,为高品质H型钢的开发和批量生产奠定了基础。
Through the design and transformation of near-end billet caster technology, equipment and supporting refractories, the single-outlet full protection pouring process with automatic stopper rod control function has been realized.
