将模具结构各工艺参数(相对冲裁间隙、主凹模圆角半径等)作为优化变量,工件轮廓面光亮带比例作为优化目标,结合正交试验和有限元仿真技术,以AL2024材料的圆形落料件为例,研究了模具各工艺变量对优化目标的影响规律和影响程度大小。其次,在确定最佳模具参数的基础上,研究了反顶力大小与轮廓面光亮带比例的关系。最后,通过相关物理实验进行验证,得到了闭挤式精冲成形AL2024材料的最佳参数。
Taking the process parameters of the mold structure (relative blanking clearance, the radius of the main die fillet, etc.) as the optimization variables and the ratio of the bright bands on the profile of the workpiece as the optimization targets, the orthogonal test and the finite element simulation technology were used. Blanking pieces as an example, studied the impact of mold process variables on the optimization objectives and the extent of the impact. Secondly, on the basis of determining the best mold parameters, the relationship between the size of the inverted top force and the ratio of the bright bands in the profile surface was studied. Finally, the best parameters of AL2024 material are obtained by the related physical experiments.
