目的研究番荔枝科鹰爪花属植物毛叶鹰爪花Artabotrys pilosus枝叶中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行分离,采用理化分析、NMR谱和MS谱等谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从毛叶鹰爪花枝叶90%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到了16个化合物,分别鉴定为达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(3)、白桦酸(4)、熊果醇(5)、熊果酸(6)、β-香树脂醇(7)、古柯二醇(8)、木栓醇(9)、木栓酮(10)、α-波菜甾酮(11)、豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(12)、豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇-7-酮(13)、豆甾-3,6-二酮(14)、豆甾醇(15)和β-谷甾醇(16)。结论化合物15和16为首次从毛叶鹰爪花中分离得到,其他化合物为首次从鹰爪花属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents in the branches and leaves of Artabotrys pilosus, Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, reversed phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical analysis, NMR and MS spectra. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 90% ethanolic extracts of the leaves, and were identified as dalmamenol acetate (1), lupine alcohol (2), lupine (3), betulinic acid (4), ursolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), β-amyrin (7) (12), stigmaster-5-en-3β-ol-7-one (13) , Stigmasteride-3,6-dione (14), stigmasterol (15) and β-sitosterol (16). Conclusion Compounds 15 and 16 were isolated from Hawk Tallow flower for the first time. Other compounds were isolated from Talon flower for the first time.
