乌石山铁矿属于“宁乡型”鲕状嵌布式胶磷态中高磷铁矿。目前,国内外处理这类矿石的脱磷问题难度很大,未见有成熟工艺。本文介绍了酸式浸矿实现抗盐保铁脱磷的研究。采用该方法能有效地脱除乌石山铁矿石中含磷量的40%,并且提高铁品位4个百分点左右。该研究工艺是“宁乡型”矿脱磷的一种新方法。
Wushi Mountain iron ore belongs to “Ningxiang type” oolitic embedded glufosidic medium and high phosphorus iron ore. At present, the domestic and international disposal of such ore dephosphorization difficult, there is no mature technology. This article describes the acid leaching ore dephosphorization to achieve iron dephosphorization. The method can effectively remove 40% of the phosphorus content in Wushi Mountain iron ore and improve the grade of iron by about 4%. The research process is a new method for dephosphorization of Ningxiang-type ore.
